- Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours upon payment receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
- We can offer Combine Shipping. However, the eBay system will not automatically generate adjusted freight charges on multiple sales. Please email us for an adjusted invoice if you have won multiple items and wish to enjoy the savings on Combined Shipping.
- Refer to the listing for the item's location. We ship either from USA (via USPS, FedEx or UPS Ground at our discretion) or Hong Kong (via Hong Kong Air Mail).
- Tracking number will be uploaded to the eBay transaction page after the item is shipped.
- Carrier mistakes happen from time to time, and these issues are outside of our control. We will, however, work together with you to rectify the problem. Please do not leave negative feedback due to problems of this nature.
- Please make sure you have the correct delivery address when you pay through Paypal. We only ship to the delivery address you stated through Paypal. Buyer is responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information. If the item is unclaimed and returned due to this, we will refund you the item cost only. Shipping and handling will not be refunded as they are already paid for.

RETURN POLICY:
- In order to correctly credit our customers, no returns will be accepted without contacting us first. Request for return must be made within 2 WEEKS of shipment receipt. 20% restocking charge will be applied on returns. Merchandise must be returned in ORIGINAL condition and freight prepaid. Otherwise the return might not be accepted. S&H fees are non-refundable.
- All items are insured and can be refunded through a claim if it is found to be damaged due to shipment transition. Please report all claims of loss and damages immediately upon receipt of the shipment concerned. You need to keep the original packaging for inspection by the carrier. Do not use or modify the item you wish to file a claim. Doing so will cause the claim to be denied. Following these guideline will allow your claim to be processed successfully.
